Typical Process Flow

Feeding & Pre-screening — hopper + grizzly/scalper to remove fines & soil.
Primary Crushing — Jaw (SE-1060/125) for hard rock or impact for C&D.
Secondary/ Tertiary — Cone for controlled gradation; closed-circuit screening.
Shaping / Sand Making — VSI or high-speed impactor to improve flake index and produce M-sand.
Washing & Fines Recovery — wheel/spiral washer + hydrocyclone + fines recovery unit.
Dewatering & Grading — high-frequency dewatering screen; air classifier (optional).
Dust & Noise Control — pulse-jet dust collectors, sprays, enclosures, acoustic treatments.
