Feeding System
Once the operator sets the production parameters, the equipment’s sensors automatically detect these parameters and transmit us to the feeder through a converter, ensuring synchronized and coordinated operation of the entire system. This system enables precise and efficient material delivery to the crushing units, optimizing the production process.
Centralized Control and Bearing Remote Monitoring System
All individual units of the mobile crushing and screening equipment are independently developed with proprietary intellectual property rights. The integration of PLC technology and touchscreen control allows operators to perform centralized control of the equipment. Additionally, the system enables remote monitoring of critical parameters such as bearing vibration and temperature, as well as the hydraulic cylinder oil pressure in the cone crusher unit.
The system employs acceleration sensors and temperature sensors to monitor bearing vibration and temperature in real time. If the sensor signals exceed predefined warning thresholds, an alarm is triggered to alert the operator. Should the signals reach critical alarm levels, the system automatically cuts off power to the feeding belt conveyor, halting material feed. After a delay, the system sequentially shuts down individual units to protect the entire system. The monitoring module also includes a computer interface for analyzing bearing vibration waveforms, converting time-domain data into frequency-domain data to diagnose potential bearing faults. This facilitates preventive maintenance by identifying and addressing bearing issues early.
For the cone crusher unit, the system continuously monitors parameters such as hydraulic cylinder pressure, motor current, and material level in the feed hopper. It automatically adjusts the discharge opening by using hydraulic pressure to move the main shaft up or down, maintaining optimal values for oil pressure, current, and material level within preset limits.
Jaw Crusher
The jaw crusher serves as the core component of the mobile crushing and screening equipment.
